Report: Tottenham now scouting 22-year-old forward at the World Cup but he was dropped for weekend clash
Tottenham are keeping a close eye on the situation of Denmark winger, Andreas Skov Olsen, according to reports coming from Belgium.
claims that Olsen has attracted the attention of Spurs and the club are actively scouting him over in Qatar right now. Olsen played more than an hour in Denmark’s opening 0-0 draw with Tunisia. However, he was dropped to the bench for the game with France and failed to come on.
However, it remains to be seen if he’ll feature against Australia in what could be a last chance to impress those onlooking Tottenham scouts.

goals and four assists this season. Olsen is playing a key role as Brugge impress in the Champions League too, getting on the scoresheet against Porto.
Like many clubs, Spurs will be keeping a keen eye on proceedings in Qatar. With January just weeks away when the tournament ends, Tottenham are one of the clubs most likely to be in the market.
Olsen, then, could well be one who stands out. However, he has played in the Champions League already, which would be an obstacle for Spurs to face if they did bid.
TBR’s View: Olsen an exciting talent
The last time Tottenham went and signed a Scandinavian winger it turned out to be Dejan Kulusevski and we all know how that’s turned out!
Olsen, despite not exactly starring in Qatar, has been very good for Club Brugge this year. He looks a threat on either wing and at 22, is a good age to get even better.
He won’t be the most expensive either. Such is the financial situation in Belgium, it’s very rare that clubs get bucket loads of money for top players. Anything around the £30m mark will normally prove enough.
