Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly interested in one of Ukraine’s hottest prospects. in an exclusive that Spurs have been monitoring the progress of midfielder Viktor Tsyhankov in recent months.
The report suggests the move would go through in January and has been given the green light by Mauricio Pochettino.
The Dynamo Kiev prospect is currently valued at around €18 (£15.9) million.

Jovic linked
