Tottenham Hotspur fans react as Jurgen Klinsmann reportedly eyes up Mauricio Pochettino’s job
There are mounting doubts over the future of Tottenham Hotspur manager Mauricio Pochettino after the club’s difficult start to the new season.
The Argentine is being linked with a potential exit from the club after a string of poor results, including the recent EFL Cup exit at the hands of Colchester United.
Despite making last season’s Champions League final, there appears to be divisions in the Tottenham camp and there are clearly some players who no longer want to be there.
If Pochettino was to decide his time was up at Spurs the club would undoubtedly have a whole host of managers ready to take his job.
One such name apparently interested in the role is a Tottenham Hotspur cult legend.

that Jurgen Klinsmann would be interested in taking the job should Pochettino leave.
It is a report which has certainly divided Tottenham fans.
Plenty of fans would love to see one of their best ever strikers managing the club and consider his success as Germany national team boss as a reason for optimism.
Others are doubtful. Klinsmann’s reign as USA national team boss ended sourly in 2016 as they struggled in World Cup qualification. His only foray into club management was a disaster, failing to last a season at Bayern Munich amid poor performances.
Most Tottenham fans, it seems, are just hopeful that Pochettino can bring the best out of the Tottenham squad again soon.
I prefer Jose. We need some healthy toxicity

No thanks. No club pedigree.

Sorry Ricky – Legends coming back as the Manager just doesn’t work. I would prefer someone in the Brendan Rodgers mould if things go south with Poch – but I doubt we could ever get him out of Leicester now as well!

This is what happens when you start chatting nonsense about getting a new manager!!!!

I’m not saying i want Poch out, i’m not one calling for his head but if Poch goes which he may do, i’d take Jurgen no doubt!

I love him but no.
I want a winner.
Ancelotti or Luis Enrique

Jurgen = legend. One of my favourite players to see play for Spurs. Absolutely brilliant footballer.
However, completely unproven at club level. Didn’t do great things with US team. Won nothing as a manager.
Just no unfortunately.— Josh F (@J50SHF)
I love him I do
But as a manager
