Tottenham hoping Radu Dragusin links can now land them ‘devastating’ £30m player this summer

Tottenham are looking ahead to the summer already and have plans in place to make a number of new signings it seems.

A busy January saw Ange Postecoglou land a number of new signings and the Aussie is expected to be backed again in the summer by Daniel Levy and co.

Clearly, Postecoglou would love a new midfielder after pursuing Conor Gallagher for much of the winter window. The Chelsea man ended up staying put, but a move in the summer has not been ruled out.

Indeed, more players are also on the Tottenham radar and according to , Genoa star Albert Gudmundsson is a player of high interest.

Tottenham could have ace up their sleeve to sign Albert Gudmundsson

According to the report from Italy, Tottenham’s interest in Gudmundsson comes amid a host of Italian teams also having their eyes on the attacking midfielder.

Gudmundsson, 26, has been one of the key players for Genoa and Tottenham believe they might have a potential ‘in’ to signing the player via Radu Dragusin.

According to the report from NC24, Gudmundsson shares the very same agent as Dragusin and Tottenham goalkeeper Vicario.

Spurs and Daniel Levy, then, feel there is an advantage with them given how they got the deals for both Dragusin and Vicario done with minimal fuss.

Genoa’s chief executive has previously stated that Gudmundsson could be available for around £30m this summer.

Tottenham to go big

There’s a lot of excitement around Tottenham at the moment and after what’s going to have been a good first season anyway under Ange Postecoglou, the summer should be a good one.

Clearly, there is some money to be spent at Tottenham and they’ve got themselves into a good position as a club to be able to attack the market.

Gudmundsson is another good player coming from Serie A at the moment. Spurs have had success from there recently with the likes of Cristian Romero, Dejan Kulusevski and the others mentioned here.

This one, then, looks like being one to keep a big eye on.
