Tottenham have made an inquiry for £50m Premier League striker who’s on fire right now
It certainly seems as if Tottenham Hotspur and Ange Postecoglou are wasting no time in the January transfer window.
A deal for centre-back Radu Dragusin now looks very advanced, with Spurs now just needing to agree a fee with Genoa according to reports.

However, it certainly doesn’t seem as if their transfer activity will stop there.
Recruiting a defender has been the priority for January, however, Postecoglou also wants to add a midfielder and forward to his squad.
That being said, journalist Ben Jacobs revealed a rather intriguing inquiry that Tottenham have made for one Premier League striker.
Jacobs was speaking on the ‘’ podcast and spoke about some possible targets for the summer.
And when doing so, he confirmed that Postecoglou’s Tottenham side had made an inquiry for the transfer of Bournemouth’s Dominic Solanke.
Jacobs said: “When you get to the summer, it might be if they’ve succeeded in that [signing a centre-back], then the priorities change.
“But I think the summer will be a bit more specific, I think they will want a Dominic Solanke type profile, or they want to enter the race for an Ivan Toney should he become available.
“But I’m not saying they are concrete Spurs targets, although Solanke has certainly been inquired about.”
Tottenham make Dominic Solanke inquiry as Ange Postecoglou seeks forward transfer
Based on his recent form, it would be very hard to argue against the merits of signing Dominic Solanke.
The 26-year-old has scored 12 goals in 19 Premier League games this season, which really are incredible numbers.

Perhaps Solanke is now hitting the growth curve that many expected to come earlier in his career.
Although, a reported asking price of may still look a little expensive for a player who has failed to score consistently prior to the last few months.
However, it certainly seems as if Solanke will have a ton of suitors if he is seen as available next summer.
And with all that Tottenham and Postecoglou need to achieve in January, this does seem that any transfer for Solanke would be explored after the season.
Conor Gallagher is a name that won’t go away for the current window, although it seems he wouldn’t be too keen on a move.
Moreover, it also may surprise some fans to hear that Tottenham are no longer interested in a £25m forward heavily linked with the side.
