Tottenham fans worried after ‘very bad news’ about potential takeover as talks held
Tottenham Hotspur’s campaign has not exactly gotten off to the start which fans would have hoped for but there could be big change coming their way.
Ange Postecoglou’s side dropped points again over the weekend as they followed their emphatic league victory over the champions with a draw against Fulham.
The lack of consistency being shown at Tottenham this season has the Lilywhites slumped in an underwhelming seventh spot with second just five points adrift.

Paul Merson has issued Postecoglou a warning ahead of Thursday night’s game against Bournemouth with Spurs struggling for consistency.
But change could be on its way to north London with Tottenham fans hearing of a potential takeover development.

Tottenham fans react to Jerry Jones takeover news
Reports late on Tuesday night claimed Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones is holding Tottenham takeover talks in London.
The 82-year-old owner of ‘America’s Team’ has recently flown into London and his private yacht is said to be parked up in the capital.
With talks believed to be underway between Jones and the north London side, some Tottenham fans have taken to social media to share their concerns.
One Spurs fans was clearly not pleased to hear the news, as said: ‘No Way No How… Just Say No To Jones!!!’ Whilst very simply put it: ‘Please no’.
Although some fans are not huge admirers of Daniel Levy, thinks this could be a step backwards, saying: ‘Oh my goodness NO! This would be worse than ENIC.’ Another fan has been left hoping this is not true, claimed: ‘This would be catastrophically bad for Spurs. Praying this is a joke.’
Perhaps a fan of NFL, said Spurs fans shouldn’t be pleased by this update: ‘For those unfamiliar with Jerry Jones, this is very bad news.’ But questioned where Amanda Staveley’s interest had gone, they said: ‘Where is Amanda?!’
Former Newcastle United co-owner Amanda Staveley has shown interest in purchasing part of Tottenham over recent months.

Who is Jerry Jones?
The 82-year-old American billionaire has made his extreme wealth through a variety of means including real estate.
However, he has been largely focused on his role at one of the NFL’s largest teams after purchasing the Dallas Cowboys in 1989.
But the Cowboys have had mixed success under Jones having won three Super Bowls under Jones but having not tasted success since 1995.
There could even be similar comparisons drawn to Spurs under ENIC, but it is a potential takeover which many Spurs fans would not be keen to see.
Gary Neville thinks Levy is trying to sell Tottenham and he could well be proven exactly right with the reports coming out of America recently.
