Tottenham fans react on Twitter to Jonjoe Kenny reports

A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to comment on which suggested that Spurs want Everton full-back Jonjoe Kenny.

It would be no surprise to see Jose Mourinho strengthen his options at right-back in one of the coming windows. Serge Aurier has struggled for consistency since becoming Spurs’ first-choice option in that area of the field.

Meanwhile, fans would be forgiven for having doubts about whether Kyle Walker-Peters is going to make the grade. He has shown promise on a number of occasions when he has been given a chance. But it is perhaps telling that he has been used so rarely since making his senior debut.

Interestingly, one player that Tottenham reportedly want is a youngster who has struggled to force his way into Everton’s plans since breaking through.

that Spurs want Kenny, and they are joined by the likes of Arsenal and Chelsea in the race for the youngster.

Kenny has impressed since joining Schalke on loan in the summer. The 22-year-old has made 17 Bundesliga appearances this season. And his form is seemingly attracting plenty of attention.

Spurs fans unhappy

Unfortunately for Kenny, it appears that a number of Tottenham fans have no interest in seeing him join the club. Many have slammed the idea of signing Kenny and insisted that he is no better than what Spurs already have.

It remains to be seen if Tottenham will make a bid for Kenny. But it certainly appears that he will arrive with a massive point to prove if he does head to North London anytime soon.
