Tottenham fans react as report makes claim about Erik ten Hag

A report by has claimed that Ajax manager Erik ten Hag has never been completely dismissed by the Tottenham board.

The 51-year-old was one of the early mentioned names when Jose Mourinho was sacked.

Shortly after he penned a new deal with the Dutch giants with many presuming that was the end of that.

Now, it’s believed that Ten Hag is in the running for the job again.

Ten Hag has overseen 167 games in charge of Ajax. He’s led his side to 123 wins and has an impressive win ratio of 73%.

He is renowned for his nice style of play and also has a knack of developing younger talent.

Ten Hag is a name that doesn’t seem off the table just yet though and that might please the Tottenham faithful.

Following the latest report, supporters have been suggesting that they’d like to see the Ajax man get the job.

He boasts a very impressive record with Ajax and looks like a good fit for Tottenham.

Ten Hag isn’t proven when it comes to the Premier League but he’s an exceptional coach who won’t need a bounty of cash to get results.

He is a great coach and could have the potential to get the very best out of the squad at his disposal.

Certainly it seems as though he’d be a popular fit with the Tottenham supporters.
