Tottenham fans blown away by 20-year-old after 4-1 win for Under-23 outfit

Tottenham Under-23s thrashed Leicester City last night to climb to fourth in the Premier League 2 table, with Harvey White in fine form.

Goals from Malachi Fagan-Walcott, a brace from White and a goal by Tobi Omole secured a comprehensive rout.

It was one goal, in particular, from White that saw Tottenham fans lose their minds on Twitter.

He fired home a scrumptious set-piece that curled beautifully into the net against the Foxes.

It was typical of the youngster and showcased the undeniable talent that he possesses.

The 20-year-old does have a bright future ahead of him and he’s actually played twice for the senior ranks.

With Antonio Conte getting his feet under the table at Tottenham, White might have to keep performing for the s for a little while yet.

At some point, he will earn a chance though, with the central midfielder in stunning form at the moment.

The starlet has scored four times this season, registering as many assists. Interestingly though, he has made a large number of his appearances as a defensive midfielder.

White spent some of last season on loan with Portsmouth. A similar move wasn’t sought in the summer and instead, he’s been working hard with the under-23s.

After his moment of magic, supporters have been raving about him over on Twitter.

They believe the youngster’s time could come in the not so distant future and are gobsmacked that someone in a Tottenham shirt has scored directly from a free-kick.
