Tottenham fans discuss Lucas Moura display vs West Ham
A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to comment on the performance of Lucas Moura in their Carabao Cup tie with West Ham on Wednesday.
Spurs booked their spot in the last four after another superb game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Of course, they went into the tie off the back of an amazing draw with Liverpool.

All three of the goals came in a five minute spell in the first-half. It was Steven Bergwijn who broke the deadlock. And Lucas was there to put Tottenham back in front after Jarrod Bowen had equalised for the visitors.
It was a clever run from Lucas to get ahead of Ben Johnson. And the 29-year-old was able to poke the ball past Alphonse Areola for his third goal against the Hammers since his move.

Lucas was a livewire throughout his time on the pitch. Some of his touches and passes were absolutely superb. Unsurprisingly, his energy caused West Ham plenty of problems. And it also seemed to help create openings for the likes of Bergwijn and Harry Kane.
‘In such good form’: Tottenham fans react to Lucas Moura display vs West Ham
Lucas has been largely impressive whenever he has featured under Antonio Conte. And his ability to drag the likes of Declan Rice and Tomas Soucek out of position really seemed to help Spurs unlock the Irons’ defence.
With that in mind, here is what some of the Tottenham fans made of Lucas Moura’s display against West Ham…
Lucas Moura’s dribbling is so underappreciated. He dribbles through half the other team like twice a game and we all kind of collectively shrug

Moura is in such good form. He’d be undropable for me .

When will Lucas Moura get the respect he deserves 👏

Few first half points
– Moura has been absolute class today, dragging rice and Soucek all over the place
– We are giving up far too many Corners, later in the game they will punish us
– We are looking really good on the ball, massive contrast to just few weeks ago
