Tottenham fans are making a clear point about Destiny Udogie’s performance vs Frankfurt after links to Man City
Tottenham Hotspur fans have been discussing the performance of Destiny Udogie against Eintracht Frankfurt as the Italian returned to the starting line-up.
Ange Postecoglou’s team will come away from the clash feeling somewhat frustrated at being held to a 1-1 draw, having had plenty of chances to take a lead to Germany.
Tottenham Hotspur were quickly placed on the back foot as Arsenal target Hugo Ekiteke scored a brilliant goal inside six minutes, however, Pedro Porro’s audacious flick tied the game at 1-1.
One of the players who stood out for the Lilywhites was Udogie with the Tottenham faithful having plenty to say about his display in North London.

Tottenham fans think Destiny Udogie had his best game of the season vs Frankfurt
Tottenham supporters felt that Destiny Udogie had his best game in a Spurs shirt this season against Eintracht Frankfurt.
The Italian has struggled with a lack of fitness and injuries this campaign which has meant his performances have been very hit and miss.
But against the German side, the 22-year-old showed strong signs of getting back to his best as he caused them plenty of trouble down Spurs’ left side.
Udogie has been linked with Manchester City and he reacted by producing a brilliant display from the left-back role.
After the match, Tottenham fans took to X to share their thoughts on the left-back’s performance and are excited about the prospect of him being back to his best.
One fan said: “Looks back to his best for the first time in a while. Spence and Udogie on the overload would be a magnificent watch.
Another claimed: “Udogie looking much more like his old self tonight. Great to see!”
There was yet more praise for Udogie: “Positive from Udogie. More from all of them is needed. Drive forward!”
Finally, another supporter said: “Udogie has been a lot better tonight! Brilliant to see!”
