Tottenham fans are all loving what Kieran Trippier did for Newcastle against Arsenal in the Carabao Cup semi-final
Tottenham Hotspur supporters have been lauding former player Kieran Trippier for what he kept doing during Newcastle United’s win over Arsenal.
Eddie Howe’s team booked their spot in the Carabao Cup final as they defeated Arsenal 4-0 on aggregate and they will face either Liverpool or Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley.
At St. James Park, the Gunners looked rattled with the Newcastle United fans making for an intimidating atmosphere but also the hosts’ players looking so fired up for the match.
But it was Trippier in particular who led the charge of making things uncomfortable as possible for the North London side and his former rivals.

Tottenham fans message for Kieran Trippier after Newcastle beat Arsenal
Tottenham fans were loving the way Kieran Trippier managed to rile up Arsenal’s players as he clashed with several of them throughout the game.
Trippier got particularly heated with Gabriel Magalhaes as he clattered into the Brazilian on several occasions and then celebrated in his face.
Gabriel did the same to Erling Haaland and the former Tottenham defender gave him a taste of his own medicine as Newcastle won 2-0 on the night.
During the game, Spurs supporters took to X to share their appreciation for the way Trippier managed to wind up the Gunners’ players at St. James’ Park.
One supporter said: “It’s only half-time. But I would like to thank Kieran Trippier for his first-half performance. He has played like every Spurs fan would want him to.”
A second X user claimed: “Proper in their heads, keep riling them up Tripps.”
There was yet more praise for the former Spurs defender: “Love Trippier in the ear of an Arsenal player at every opportunity. Proper Spurs.”
“Kieran Trippier winding up the Arsenal players is brilliant to see,” a sixth supporter added.
