Tottenham to make new bid for Antonio Nusa

According to the report, Tottenham are expected to go again this week and make a move for Nusa.

It’s claimed that the Belgian side want around £30m for Nusa and that they’re also keen on ensuring they keep the young attacker for the rest of this season as well.

As we know from past deals, Daniel Levy likes to get his own way in transfer discussions and notion of paying £30m and then allowing a player to remain at his current club will be something Levy is stewing over.

Nusa, described as a ‘‘ talent by journalist Fabrizio Romano, would add a new dynamic to the Tottenham attack and his versatility would also be useful for Ange Postecoglou.

Nusa should come to England now

Tottenham obviously want to get Nusa signed before the summer as they anticipate more interest in him from other clubs.

However, if Brugge are going to demand £30m, which is more than the previous reports have suggested, then Tottenham should simply bring Nusa over now.

He clearly is a talented player full of confidence and there’s every chance he could contribute for Spurs during the run-in this season.

Certainly, it will be interesting to see how Tottenham proceed with this. Spurs fans, too, will be hoping to catch a glimpse of Nusa ASAP.
