Tottenham could perform double scouting mission by watching Denmark duo Joachim Andersen and Kasper Dolberg

Tottenham Hotspur will be watching several of their players in action for their countries during the international break including Denmark’s Christian Eriksen.

The 27-year-old midfielder is the captain of Denmark and is set to win his 86th and 87th international caps for his country.

And the Tottenham scout who will watch Eriksen should also be keeping his tabs on how two of his team-mates do.

Joachim Andersen and Kasper Dolberg are likely to line up alongside Eriksen as Denmark face Kosovo in a friendly and Switzerland in a Euro 2020 qualifier.

Robert Skov would have been another Danish starlet for Spurs to monitor but he has withdrawn from the squad with an injury.

The 22-year-old is a dominant defender who stands at 6ft 4in tall and he will be hoping to win his first international cap after stepping up from the under-21 side.

With the future of Toby Alderweireld in doubt, Andersen could be an exciting replacement for the Belgian.

Dolberg is another player Tottenham should be watching. The 21-year-old has already scored 43 senior goals for Ajax despite his young age and he is an exciting talent.

Rated as one of the best young strikers in Europe, Dolberg could finally be the second striker Tottenham have needed for a while to compete with Kane.
