Tottenham confirm Cameron Carter-Vickers has joined Luton on loan

defender Cameron Carter-Vickers has joined Championship outfit Lut🌳on Town on loan for the rest of the season.

The 22-year-old academy product is heꦇading back to England’s second tier, after spending the first half of the season at Stoke City.

The USA international has now headed to Luton to try ꦫand get regular minutes, with the club hoping to avoid relegation to 𓂃League One.

Town are currently bottom of the pile on goal difference🍎, six points adrift of safety.

The loan move is Carter-Vickers’ fifth tem🍨porary switch, and one has the feeling it could be his last chance to impress with his contract expiring in the summer of 2021.

The Southend-born centre-back has only ever made four appearances ꧒for the Spurs f🍌irst-team, so he needs a strong stint.

That said, the emergenꦐce of youngster Japhet Tanganga could make life difficult.
