Tottenham are still eyeing three more summer signings including ‘special’ Premier League midfielder
Despite having now secured three signings this summer, it does not really feel like Tottenham Hotspur’s summer has even taken off yet.
Make no mistake, Tottenham have been busy over the last month and a half in the market.
Daniel Levy and Ange Postecoglou have worked efficiently when it comes to ridding the squad of any unwanted players going into the new campaign.
In fact, Spurs have now seen nine players depart this summer following the exits of Bryan Gil and Yago Santiago this week alone.
But when it comes to player arrivals, it has not quite been the same story with the Lilywhites having brought in three summer signings.

Tottenham now eyeing three more summer additions
It has been a slow start to the market when it comes to player arrivals in north London with Archie Gray marking the only real addition so far.
Timo Werner has been retained on another loan following his short-term stint at the club from January onwards.
And, more recently, Yang Min-hyeok has been signed but the promising South Korean will not be joining the squad until January.
So, effectively, the only new face from this summer going into the new campaign is the 18-year-old Gray.
According to Sky Sports journalist Michael Bridge, Spurs are now looking for three new signings with Jacob Ramsey a real player of interest.
“I don’t think there’s an actual set number [of signings] just yet, and they’re very quiet with how they do their business. I think they’re still looking for about two or three first team players to come into the squad,” Bridge told .
“There is interest in Aston Villa’s Jacob Ramsey, but there’s been nothing further from that, just interest, with potentially Giovani Lo Celso going to Aston Villa. But, there is nothing on that in terms of anything going forward.”
Tottenham still eyeing ‘special’ Jacob Ramsey
One of Tottenham’s main targets going into the summer was believed to be Chelsea’s Conor Gallagher.
However, Gallagher now looks set to join Atletico Madrid unless Spurs are to make a real last-gasp move for the England international.
But with interest in Aston Villa’s Jacob Ramsey, perhaps the Lilywhites have already put to bed any notion of bringing Gallagher to N17.
And in the case of Ramsey, it looks like Spurs may be able to persuade Villa into a deal given their interest in Giovani Lo Celso; a player who Spurs would like to offload.
However, having already been hailed as ‘special‘, Ramsey is a player who Unai Emery is unlikely to allow leave Villa Park easily.
