Report: Tottenham and Liverpool now both want to sign £23m ‘Kante-like’ midfielder this summer
Both Tottenham and Liverpool are keen on signing RB Leipzig midfielder, Konrad Laimer, according to a report from .
Laimer has been one of the stars of the show for the Bundesliga side this season, being a regular in midfield and helping Leipzig to fifth in the table. However, his form has attracted attention from elsewhere, and now a host of clubs want the Austrian.

With both teams wanting to add depth to their squads in midfield areas, you have to say Laimer looks a steal if that £23m price tag is right.
Laimer has had an impressive campaign with RB Leipzig this term and has, crucially, shown he can mix it at the top level in terms of Champions League football.
This is a big summer for Tottenham and Liverpool. Both Conte and Klopp will want new players to keep things fresh and improve the squads. Laimer, on paper anyway, seems to tick a lot of boxes.
