Tottenham and Chelsea locked in talks to sign £25m attacker who could be the next Neymar

Tottenham and Chelsea will be in the market to improve their options in the final third this summer with both clubs seemingly looking at bringing younger players in, before they are the finished article.

Last summer, Spurs signed Brennan Johnson, Manor Solomon and Alejo ๊Veliz were all bought to improve options in the final third – but also, under the age of 23. Chelsea similar, among their many ad𒁃ditions.

Cole Palmer, Nicolas Jackson, Angelo, Deivid Washington and Diego Moreira were signed. All attacking players, all under 23. That ethos is likely to remain in the summer, at both Londo🌱n clubs – signing young.
