Tottenham academy stars involved in training ahead of European away day
Four Tottenham academy starlets were involved in first team training ahead of their trip to Vitesse.
The Lilywhites travel to the Netherlands to face Vitesse in Arnhem tomorrow.
Nuno Espirito Santo has claimed that none of the ten outfield players from their win over Newcastle on Sunday will even travel.
That has left a lot of room for players on the fringes and in the academy to get a chance.
With that being said, four academy players were included in the first team training session.
The four names will all be well known amongst Tottenham fans.
Dilan Markanday, Harvey White, Jack Clarke and Nile John make up the quartet.
There are enough senior players to make up a full eleven for the early evening game on Thursday.

However, this game provides a real opportunity for Nuno to give some of the youngsters a chance.
In White and John, Spurs have options who can come into central midfield and help dictate play for the Lilywhites in Holland.
Then in Jack Clarke there’s a strong winger who is yet to really make his mark at Spurs.
He signed from Leeds United in 2019 but hasn’t done a lot to justify his £10m fee () just yet.
Then the final one of the four and probably the most obscure of the quartet is Markanday.
The 20-year-old can play anywhere across the front line.
He’s an exceptionally talented, fast forward who can work on both wings and up front.
However, he’s yet to make his mark on the senior side even if he’s made the bench a few times.
This could be his chance, though, as he’s set to be in and around the squad when Tottenham take the trip to Arnhem.
