Tottenham 24-year-old celebrates starring role in stunning international win
Tottenham outcast Steven Bergwijn played a starring role in a 4-1 away win for Holland against Belgium last night.
Last month, it was claimed by Fabrizio Romano that Bergwijn is almost certain to leave Tottenham this summer as Antonio Conte looks to reshape his squad.

But the 24-year-old offered a reminder of his quality last night in an eye-catching victory for the Netherlands in the Nations League.
He found the net in the victory on a night where he got a rare full 90 minutes and had four shots on goal () in a dangerous display.
He took to Instagram after the game to celebrate the win and there were plenty of people in the comments congratulating him.
Among them were Tottenham teammates Eric Dier and Davinson Sanchez, who were clearly thrilled for the wideman.

It might sound cynical but from a Tottenham perspective, the club will probably be quite happy that the performance and the goal could boost his transfer value in the weeks ahead.
It has been reported that Ajax’s most recent offer has been rejected out of hand by Tottenham, but maybe they will be encouraged by his display last night to offer more money.
The winger looks happy and settled in a Dutch shirt and that probably comes as welcome respite after a tough few months at club level.
