‘Total monster’: Graham Roberts hails Tottenham player’s display at Leeds
Tottenham Hotspur legend Graham Roberts has waxed lyrical about Harry Kane’s display for Spurs against Leeds.
Antonio Conte’s charges bounced back from their midweek loss at Burnley by winning 4-0 at Elland Road.
Tottenham hit the ground running and took the lead after just 10 minutes.

Ryan Sessegnon broke clear down the left and delivered a superb cross for Matt Doherty to fire past Illan Meslier.
Five minutes later, Dejan Kulusevski drove into the area from the right flank before slotting home into the near corner.
Then, on 27 minutes, Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg slotted a sublime ball through to Kane for goal number three.
The striker sent a composed finish into the far corner, VAR subsequently confirming the goal rightly stood.
Although Leeds fought hard and had some decent spells, they couldn’t muster up a reply on the scoresheet.
And five minutes from time, Spurs added a fourth.
Son Heung-min latched on to Kane’s ball over the top of the home defence and beat Meslier with a smart finish.
That last strike saw Son and Kane set a new Premier League record of 37 goal combinations.
The England captain was truly at his very best against Leeds.
Not only was he dropping into the holes and spraying accurate passes everywhere, but he also threatened inside the box.
As said, he “was Tottenham’s Eriksen and Kane wrapped into one on the day”.
