Todd Cantwell says Tottenham stadium is the best he has played in
Norwich City star Todd Cantwell has told a supporter during a Q&A session on Instagram that Tottenham Hotspur’s stadium is the best he has played at, amid reported interest from Spurs.
Cantwell, 21, has broken into the Norwich side this season, starring for the Canaries in their fight against relegation. He has had a hand in eight goals during 25 Premier League outings, scoring six times and laying on two assists.
Tottenham were keeping tabs on England Under-21 international Cantwell alongside both Manchester clubs. It is believed the playmaker is valued at the £30million mark, and he has a contract until the summer of 2022.
Asked by a supporter on Instagram which stadium is the best he has played in during his short career, which consists of just 54 senior outings, Cantwell responded by saying Spurs’ ground is the best – after losing 2-1 to Spurs in January.
👀 via his Instagram story, was asked what was the best stadium he has played at, he responded with:
"The new Spurs stadium was incredible."

TBR’s view – Cantwell would be an excellent signing for just £30m
English, 22 at the end of the month and one of the Premier League’s brighter talents, Cantwell is an excellent player with huge potential and would be a bargain at the eight-figure price.
Norwich look doomed to return to the Championship and Cantwell will hardly remain with the east Anglian side if they do suffer the drop. He has already hinted at leaving for a bigger club, and Spurs would certainly fit the criteria.
With Christian Eriksen leaving, Cantwell would be a good addition for Spurs – especially as it is clear he is a fan of the stadium.
