Tim Sherwood thinks there’s a team who can easily overtake Liverpool and win the Premier League

The Premier League title race isn’t looking all that exciting this season.

Indeed, standards appear to have slipped for some of England’s top teams as both Arsenal and Manchester City continue to drop points.

Liverpool have a healthy lead at the top of the Premier League with a game in hand, and many believe Liverpool are favourites to win the title from here.

However, speaking on , Tim Sherwood has shared an alternative point of view.

Indeed, the pundit says✤ that Arsenal are still his favourites to win the league, claiming that he thinks the Gunners can win 10 or 15 games in a row once ever𓆉yone is fit.

Arsenal are still favourites for the title

Sherwood shared his verdict on the title race, clai🃏ming that Arsenal are still favourites to win the league.

The Gunners have been off the pace this season, and if Liverpool ಞwin their game in hand, they will be nine points behind, but Sherwood still thinks they can win the league.

“Pep Guardiola and Man City have been his only problem, and they’re not there any more, so, for me, I kno🃏w I’ve said it before, they’re my favourites to win the Premier League. I th✃ink Arsenal win 10 or 15 games on the spin when they get back to fitness, but they need to improve, Martinelli needs to improve or they need to go to Trossard and find a different solution,” Sherwood said.

Why 10 wins in a row may not be enough for Arsenal

Sherwood reckons that Arsenalജ can win 10 matches in a row from here, and while that may be possible, it might not actually be ♋enough.

Arne Slot🐲 believes Arsenal could go on a 💖winning run too, but it may have to be longer than 10 games.

Indeed, 10 straight wins from here would pu🧸t Arsenal on 60 po⛦ints after 26 games.

However, Liverpool would need just 24 points from 11 games in order to mﷺatch that tally.

That would mean Liverpool need to pick up 2.18 points per 🧸game, which is actually a drop off from the 2.4 points per game they’re currently averaging.

Arsenal’s next 🃏10 games aren’t necessarily easy either.

ওThe reality is that Liverpool can actually get slightly worse while Arsenal maintain a perfect record for the nex🌳t 10 weeks and still be above the Gunners in the table.

Liverpool have a massive advantage at the moment, and something quite special will need to happe﷽n for the Gu﷽nners to catch the Reds.

You can never say never in the Premier League, but, at theꦅ moment, it does look unlikely that Arsenal will win the league, and it’s hard 𓆏to call them favourites.
