Tim Sherwood thinks 23-year-old Nottingham Forest player could join Tottenham next year
Tim Sherwood has claimed that he can see Morgan Gibbs-White playing for Tottenham Hotspur next year if Nottingham Forest get relegated this season.
Spurs picked up a convincing 2-0 win over the Reds last night. Richarlison and Dejan Kulusevski‘s goals fired Ange Postecglou‘s men over the line, and they look like they’re back on track now. Gibbs-White and his Nottingham Forest teammates couldn’t do much to stop them.

Tim Sherwood thinks Morgan Gibbs-White could join Tottenham if Nottingham Forest get relegated
Nottingham Forest signed Morgan Gibbs-White from Wolves last year in a deal worth a staggering £42.5 million ().
A lot of eyebrows were raised at the time regarding the price tag. Not many people believed the 23-year-old was worth so much money, but he has been brilliant for the Reds.
Gibbs-White played 37 times in the Premier League last season and helped Forest stay up. He finished the season with five goals and eight assists, played in several positions, and was really good.
The versatile Reds star has played every single game for Forest this season, and he is arguably their best player along with Taiwo Awoniyi.
Speaking about Gibbs-White just before the game, Tim Sherwood claimed that he can actually see the 23-year-old playing for Tottenham next year if Nottingham Forest get relegated.
He said on : “If there’s one player in the Forest team who can play in Tottenham’s team, I believe Morgan Gibbs-White can play for Tottenham.
“I can see him playing from next year if Forest are in the Championship, which I don’t think they will be.”

Gibbs-White has a bright future ahead of him
Morgan Gibbs-White is a terrific footballer.
The midfielder has been fantastic under Steve Cooper since the start of last season, and he is one of the first names on the team sheet every game.
Gibbs-White’s quality on the ball, work rate and potential make him a really exciting player. His versatility is another huge trait and the fact that he is still only 23 means he will only get better.
Tottenham were linked with a move to sign Gibbs-White in the summer, but nothing materialised. If Forest do go down this season, there’s every chance Spurs will make a move to sign him. James Maddison seems to be a big fan of him already.
