Tim Sherwood reacts to Timo Werner debut for Tottenham Hotspur vs Manchester United
Timo Werner made a surprise return to the Premier League in the January transfer window after his struggles at Chelsea. The forward made his debut for Tottenham Hotspur against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Well, Tottenham Hotspur completed the signing of former Chelsea forward Timo Werner from RB Leipzig this week.
Werner has joined Spurs on loan from Leipzig until the end of the season. Tottenham have the option to mak🌼e the deal permanent ෴for in the summer of 2024.
The 27-year-old Germany international forward was included in the Tottenham starting lineup 🥂against Manchester United at Old Trafford o🦹n Sunday evening.
Tottenham head coach Ange Postecoglou deployed Werner on the left of a front-three in a 4-ꦰ3-3 fo💖rmation.

The Germany international forward came off in the 80th minute. Tim Sherwood was following 🔯the match, and the former Tottenham manager and Sky Sports pundit was impressed by the display produced by Werner.

Sherwood said about Werner on : “Timo Werner’s done well today, he’s a threat in behind and he’ll get better with more knowledge of his tea🍬m-mates.
“Every training session Spurs are learning something t🔥hey can put in to use on🌠 a matchday.”
Wern🌟er could not sco🌊re for Tottenham against United, but he did have chances and was a threat throughout his time on the pitch.
The forward, who scored just 10 goals in 56 Premier League games and had a shoot꧑ing accuracy of 39% for Chelsea, had three chances to score.
Werner provided the assist for Rodrigo Bentancur’s goal for Tottenham in the 46t🌼h minute.
