Tim Sherwood now demands that Ange Postecoglou makes two crucial January signings

Former Tottenham Hotspur manager Tim Sherwood has now been sharing his January wishlist for Ange Postecoglou’s improving team.

A 2-0 win against Nottingham Forest on Friday was the perfect start to the weekend for Postecoglou’s side.

And ahead of the January window, things are now looking more positive for Tottenham once again.

However, it is clear that there’s still a ton of work for Daniel Levy to get through, a window that will like𓂃ly see senior players depart, and new faces arrive.

And ahead of January, Tim Sherwood has now requested that Ange Postecoglo𒊎u looks to make two💝 specific signings for Tottenham.

As well a🧸s the arrival of a centre-back, Sherwood wanted to see added c꧋reativity in this Spurs team.

“He’s lifted 🅠the cloud away from Tottenham in the last few years, playing an attractive style of football everyone wants to watch,🍸 not only Tottenham fans but everyone.

“If they strengthen in January I thi🅘nk they’re going to need [a] centre-back ✃and maybe a creative midfield player just in case [James] Maddison picks up any more injuries.

“And I think they can go all the way to the top four this year and possibly the FA Cup, fing🍌ers crossed.”

Of c꧋ourse, you wouldn’t expect that too many Spurs fans wou♔ld disagree with Sherwood on this occasion.

Tottenham do need quality and numbers added to t❀heir thin squad in the coming month.

And it would surely be incredibly satis📖fying for fans if Spurs were able to offload players not in Ange’s image, replacing them with new talent.

Perhaps Eric Dier and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg are two obvious names 🐼on the departure list, players who have seen heavily reduced roles.

Moreover, were the side potentially able to move such names, they may be able to chase a £40m move for ♔𒈔a player that is said to be a priority signing.
