Three talents Liverpool should be wary of in their Champions League group
Liverpool’s Champions League group stage opponents were revealed on Thursday night, and the Merseyside club were drawn in Group B alongside; Paris Saint-Germain, Napoli and Red Star Belgrade.
Jurgen Klopp’s side reached the final of the competition last season and will be looking to go one step further with their new and improved squad.
Here at The Boot Room, we have chosen a top talent from each of Liverpool’s Group C opponents who they should be wary of.

Kylian Mbappe – Paris Saint-Germain
The teenager lit up this summer’s World Cup for France and looks set to have the season of his career so far for Paris Saint-Germain.
Mbappe is a nuisance for the best of defenders and Liverpool will be looking to Virgil Van Dijk to prevent the 19-year-old from hitting the back of the net during their two legs in Group C.

Lorenzo Insigne – Napoli
The 27-year-old Italian forward will be one of the focal points of new Napoli manager Carlo Ancelotti’s attack in this season’s Champions League and the Reds will have to be careful of the tricky attackers runs off the ball.
Insigne has long been touted as a top talent and he’ll surely only get better under the guidance of Italian tactician and one of the competitions greatest ever managers in Ancelotti.

Milos Degenek – Red Star Belgrade
The Socceroos defender helped seal his side’s first ever spot in the Champions League and will be hoping to cause an upset in Group C.
Although Red Star won the competition in 1991, they have since struggled to live up to those heights and now have Degenek in large to thanks for restoring them to their former glory.
Will he be the man to cause Jurgen Klopp’s side some problems? We’ll have to wait and see.
