Thomas Frank’s private text about next season emerges after Tottenham want him as their next manager
Brentford boss Thomas Frank is a contender to become the next Tottenham Hotspur manager.
TBR Football exclusively revealed on Monday that Ange Postecoglou is expecting the sack at Spurs despite winning the Europa League.
The Australian has requested Daniel Levy to give him time, but there is a good chance that the Spurs chairman will make the big call.
Tottenham have been looking at a number of other managers as potential replacements. Frank is one of them.
Thomas Frank’s text about next season suggests he will not be joining Tottenham
Thomas Frank has made a fantastic name in the Premier League.
The way he has led Brentford since they were promoted to the English top-flight has been exceptional, and he is definitely destined to manage a bigger club one day.
TBR revealed that many at Tottenham would love Frank to replace Postecoglou at Spurs, and several fans feel he would be a great option as well.
However, Frank may have suggested that he is not leaving Brentford this summer.
TalkSPORT presenter Natalie Sawyer revealed that she sent a message to the Dane at the end of the season, congratulating him for the work he has done.
The Bees boss’ response appears to be a hint about his future.
Sawyer said on : “All I’m going to say is, I exchanged a little message with Thomas yesterday and this is what he said.
“I said, ‘Well done on the season’, because it has been a good season.
“He said, ‘Enjoy the summer and soon, we go again.'”
Sawyer, who is a Brentford fan, revealed that Frank also put a bee emoji at the end of his text, which suggests that his plan is to stay at the Gtech Community Stadium next summer.

Is Andoni Iraola still an option for Tottenham?
Frank would’ve been a great option for Tottenham, but it doesn’t look like he is open to a move away from Brentford, as things stand.
Spurs have considered other names too, and Andoni Iraola is really appreciated behind the scenes.
The Spaniard has done a tremendous job at Bournemouth this season, and he will not be short of suitors if he decides to leave.
However, Duncan Castles revealed on his podcast that Iraola declined Tottenham’s request to speak to him and is instead speaking to the Cherries about a new deal.
Keeping hold of Postecoglou may well be Spurs’ best bet right now.
