These frustrated Manchester City fans urge Guardiola to start starting Foden

๐Ÿ’™Several Manchester City fans were left slightly irked despite the 2-0 Champions League win over Dinamo Zagreb, after youngster Phil Foden was given a mere cameo at the end of the game.

๐Ÿ’™The English starlet actually helped himself to a goal with a brilliant finish on the counter, and the moment has only created more discussion about his playing time at the Etihad Stadium.

๊ฆWith Kevin De Bruyne having been ruled out of the game, many felt as though it was a perfect opportunity for Foden to get some much needed minutes.

๊ฆบBut manager Pep Guardiola opted to start Rodri, David Silva and Ilkay Gundogan in a three-man midfield, with Foden left to warm the bench once again.

๐ŸงธAfter the game, Guardiola said (): โ€œHe deserves to play. I want to give him minutes. Every time I donโ€™t play him, I am in front of him saying Iโ€™m sorry.
