The latest on Wolves’ deadline day transfer plans given from outside Molineux as incoming buys not ruled out
Wolverhampton Wanderers will be looking to complete a few deals on deadline day after a disappointing start to the season.
Gary O’Neil’s side lost 6-2 against Chelsea and 2-0 to Arsenal in their opening two games, which has forced them into some late action.
With Wolves waving goodbye to Pedro Neto there’s a huge gap waiting to be filled on the right hand-side.
Carlos Forbs of Ajax is of interest to Wolves but nothing has developed up until this point, with a late move still possibly an option.
Elsewhere, Andre appears to be closing in on his move and Sam Johnstone has sealed his transfer.
And, Sky Sports reporter Danyal Khan has now provided an update live from the training ground.

Wolves’ plans after Andre revealed on Sky
Despite already looking like sealing two transfer deadline day deals it doesn’t appear as if Wolves’ business is done.
Danyal Khan has provided an update live on from the Wolves training ground that will definitely give fans some hope.
“I understand Rob, in terms of incomings I wouldn’t turn the page over just yet. They’re currently exploring the loan market, especially if they can reinforce Gary O’Neil’s squad for the rest of the season”
So, as we expected, it appears as if a winger is the last signing Gary O’Neil has on his radar.
What other players could potentially leave Wolves?
Dan Bentley is still attracting interest from Arsenal as they look to sign him after having two bids rejected earlier on in the transfer window.
Also, Daniel Podence is another to keep an eye on having attracted interest from Saudi Arabia throughout the window, with their window shutting in a few days.
Jose Sa has emerged as a shock target for Arsenal on deadline day, but the Gunners are more focused on Joan Garcia and Neto right now.
With Sam Johnstone joining this could mean that Sa is pushed down the pecking order after a rather average start to his Premier League season.
