‘That’s brutal’… TalkSPORT pundit left stunned after what Jamie O’Hara has said about Arsenal

Jason Cundy was left stunned on talkSPORT last night after what Jamie O’Hara said about Arsenal.

The duo reacted to Arsenal’s first leg 1-0 defeat to Porto in the last-16 of the Champions League.

Mikel Arteta’s men were undone by a late goal and will be forced to win by at least two goals in the return leg at the Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal dominated for large periods of the game but didn’t manage a single shot on target, with Porto creating the better opportunities on the night.

The defeat saw Arsenal’s winning streak ended after they had picked up five consecutive victories in the Premier League.

And while many believe the Gunners are still in with a real chance of domestic or European success, Jamie O’Hara has dismissed their hopes for silverware this term.

Cundy stunned after O’Hara’s latest claim about Arsenal

Speaking on , O’Hara claimed that Arsenal would end the season with the same number of trophies as Sheffield United.

“Arsenal are going to finish the season with the same amount of trophies as Sheffield United,” O’Hara claimed.

Cundy was stunned by the comment and responded: “That’s brutal!”

“That’s it, that’s the statement,” O’Hara added. “They aren’t going to win anything.

“They’re a good team when they’re beating Burnley 5-0. Rock up in the Champions League and get found out.”

After being knocked out of both cup competitions, Arsenal will now face a stern task when it comes to lifting silverware this term.

They will have to beat the likes of Liverpool and Manchester City to the Premier League title.

But Arteta’s men remain firmly in the hunt for the league title and will undoubtedly be confident of turning the tie around against Porto.

Once you reach the Champions League quarter-final, anything can happen and Arsenal certainly have the quality to cause any team problems.
