Arsenal fans will be keeping eye on midfielder’s form
There will be plenty of Arsenal fans keen to see how Lokonga gets on during his time at Kenilworth Road. The fact that he was loaned out once again in the summer shows that his time at the Emirates has not yet gone to plan.
Crystal Palace sacking Patrick Vieira appeared to hurt him last season as he only made a couple of appearances under Roy Hodgson.
And obviously, injury has been a key factor in his campaign this time around.
But Rob Edwards is apparently keen to sign Lokonga permanently. So that potentially says something about the talent he possesses.
It remains to be seen if he can force his way into Mikel Arteta’s plans again. But the last two games hint that he is ready to play a big role in Luton’s push to stay in the Premier League.
