Tanguy Ndombele speaks publicly for the first time since leaving Tottenham and makes ‘complicated’ claim
Tottenham Hotspur were finally able to get Tanguy Ndombele off the books this summer after five years at the club.
Daniel Levy has shown a ruthless streak already in the transfer market with Tottenham seeing a lot of players leave north London.
And there still could be more to come with players like ♚Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg receiving a lot of interest from across Europe.
But by far the biggest exit from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has been that of Ndombeleꦆ whose dismal five years has finally come to an end.
🅘Having seen his contract terminated in north London, Ndombele has now spoken for the first time since returning to France.

Tanguy Ndombele speaks out after Tottenham exit for the first time
ღNdombele had spent the last two years out on loan with Postecoglou not entertaining the prospect of another chance to revive his career in north London.
♐And Spurs did not take much time in bringing an end to Ndombele’s time at Spurs this summer after years of failing to sell the midfielder.
🐼Having signed the Frenchman from Lyon back in 2019, Ndombele has now returned to France to sign for Nice.

ꦓSpeaking to the earlier this week, Ndombele has addressed his move after being unveiled to the press as Nice’s first signing of the summer.
꧅“Joining Nice is a natural choice, given my somewhat complicated career over the last few years. Coming back to France was the right choice for me. I’ve known Florian Maurice since my time at Lyon, and that’s also what tipped the balance,” Ndombele said.
🦂“I had a good feeling that Nice were the best choice for me. I’m at a stage in my footballing life where I need to play. I want to rediscover some of my sensations. I’m happy to be here, the coach talks to me like he talks to all the players.
♈“There’s no guarantee of playing time, but I know I’ve got things to prove. The most important thing is the team. When it’s doing well, everyone does well. Have I had a lot of requests? Yes and no. Between exchanges and offers, there’s always room for improvement.”
Tottenham have already moved on from Tanguy Ndombele
𓆏The Lilywhites have really had to play without Ndombele for years now with the Frenchman failing to show the talent which they thought they had purchased back in 2019.
⭕However, Spurs now have a midfield department filled with talented youngsters with the likes of Lucas Bergvall and Archie Gray now at Postecoglou’s disposal.
꧂Tottenham can finally move on from Ndombele who was proving to be somewhat of a burden around the club as he collected big wages without providing anything in return.
൩But Spurs fans know exactly what Ndombele can produce and some will surely be hoping to see the Frenchman find his feet after some difficult years.
