Manager of table-topping club wants to sign £180k-a-week Tottenham player
Tottenham Hotspur winger Ivan Perisic is a player who Hajduk Split manager Mislav Karoglan would love to have at his club.
The Spurs veteran, who is currently on the sidelines recovering from an ACL injury, is out of contract at the end of the season.
This has led to speculation over Perisic‘s future, and the Croatian table-toppers have been linked with the Tottenham man over the past few months.
For instance, claimed in September that Hajduk have a verbal agreement in place with Tottenham for the 34-year-old’s transfer.

Now, Karoglan has told the that he would be pleased if his club could sign the Spurs left-footer at some point.
When the manager was directly asked about the Tottenham man, he said: “I don’t know how his recovery is going after the injury.
“And the only thing I can say from my side is that I would like to have him in the dressing room whenever possible.”
Let’s hope we get to see Ivan Perisic playing for Tottenham Hotspur once more
Perisic spent six years with the Croatian club’s academy before joining Sochaux in 2006 and embarking on an illustrious career at the pinnacle of European football.
The Spurs ace has won a host of trophies, including the treble with Bayern Munich in 2020, the 2021 Serie A title with Inter, and the German double with Borussia Dortmund in 2012.
Perisic joined Tottenham in the summer of 2022, and the £180,000-a-week ace has made 50 competitive appearances for the Lilywhites.
He has been a good player for Spurs, and let’s hope we can get to see him turning out for the Lilywhites again before his contract at N17 is up.
