Spurs reportedly want boss Bernd Leno labelled ‘outstanding’
Bernd Leno would seemingly be extremely disappointed if Tottenham Hotspur managed to land Hansi Flick, in Germany that the 56-year-old is outstanding.
that Daniel Levy is interested in bringing Flick to Spurs. The German is set to become a free agent after announcing that he will leave Bayern Munich.

Interestingly, that despite Flick looking to be the strongest contender for the national team job, there is a possibility that he could take the Spurs gig.
Leno was asked about the idea of Flick taking over from Joachim Low. And judging by his comments, he would not be best pleased if he ended up in North London.

“Yes, that would be a very good solution for German football,” . “Also for the atmosphere, because I think that the fans can identify very well with Hansi Flick. He also knows the DFB very well. Technically, he is outstanding anyway, but personally he is top-notch.”
Of course, Flick has done an excellent job with Bayern considering that he has spent the previous 13 years of his career as an assistant.
He won every honour available to Bayern in 2020. And he has followed that up with another league title this time around.
Obviously, some may be reluctant to judge Flick too strongly off the back of the work he has done with Bayern. They have boasted an incredible team throughout his tenure.
But it will encourage his admirers that players speak so highly of him. Perhaps Leno’s comments may interest Spurs if they plot an ambitious move.
