A number of Spurs fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Danny🐓 Ings after the Aston Villa star ❀scored an absolutely outrageous goal on his home debut on Saturday.
Ings was linked with Tottenham during the summer window. In f♉act, at one stage that he was thei𝐆r top target.

He sꦰcored from the penalty spot on the opening day. And he has now followed that with a stunning goal as Dean Smith’s side beat Newcastle on Saturday.

The Englishman scored a brillia𝓀nt overhead kick to put Villa in front in h🌳is first game inside his new home.

Whether Harry Kaﷺne stays or leave, Tottenham need at least on🎃e striker in this window. And Ings is a proven goalscorer in the Premier League.
Of course, it cannot be ruled out that Spurs did make a serious move. But given how long Ings was available for, there i🥂s certainly reason to believe that they could have done more to get a deal done.
