Spurs fans react on Twitter to Joe Rodon’s display at Newcastle
A number of Tottenham Hotspur fans have taken to Twitter to comment on Joe Rodon’s performance as Spurs drew with Newcastle on Sunday.
Jose Mourinho’s men looked set to get the three points at St James’ Park. But they were far from their best against the relegation-threatened Magpies, and unable to see out the game.

Spurs were poor defensively for the opening goal. But two strikes from Harry Kane saw the contest turn on its head extremely quickly before the break.
However, Newcastle loanee Joe Willock would score late on to ensure that the points were shared.
It did seem that only a few Tottenham players emerged from the game with any credit. But one of those who did appear to impress plenty of the fans was Rodon.

The 23-year-old went into the game off the back of an impressive showing at Aston Villa before the international break. And he produced a couple of colossal displays while with Wales.
The good news for Tottenham is he seemed to pick up where he left off with his performance at Newcastle. , no player on the pitch could match his tally of 10 clearances or six interceptions.
Of course, he is not yet the finished article. However, many believe that they saw further signs that the youngster is destined for a superb career at the very highest level.
Plenty suggested that he was one of the best players on show against Steve Bruce’s side on an underwhelming day for the visitors.
With that in mind, here is how some of the fans reacted to Rodon’s performance…

Rodon could 100% be world class, still 3-4 years before he hits his prime and already looks solid – need someone world class rn tho to partner him I do agree
