The Spurs boss has suggested that Sessegnon is available again.

“It was good to have time to recover Sessegnon. He’s not still 100% but now he’s ready,” .

Sessegnon’s availability is crucial for Tottenham for the time-being. It is going to be some time before Perisic is back in the fold after he helped Croatia finish third at the World Cup.

This season has been the youngster’s best yet for Spurs. So it is good news that he has barely missed a game for Conte’s side. And he is going to have an opportunity to stamp his authority on a position over the turn of the year.

Tottenham will be wary of rushing Sessegnon back too soon. He has had various injuries since making the switch from Fulham. And coming back too soon from a hamstring problem could cause issues further down the line.

But Conte demands more from his players than most managers. So Sessegnon will not be back in the fold unless the Tottenham boss is confident that he can handle his demands.
