‘Spectacular’ striker’s agents have encouraged Arsenal to bid for him this summer
Arsenal’s need for a new striker is increasing by the day.
The Gunners have been without a prolific striker since Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. They have had targets in almost every transfer window since, but Mikel Arteta has not been able to bring anyone in.
🌱Kai Havertz is injured at Arsenal now, and with Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Jesus and Gabriel Martinelli also sidelined, the North Londoners are in trouble.
💙Arteta, however, will have to do with what he has available at his disposal, but things will be very different in the summer transfer window.
♛Arsenal are expected to make a big striker signing before the start of next season.
The latest on Arsenal’s pursuit of Benjamin Sesko
Benjamin Sesko⛄ is one of Arsenal’s top targets for the summer transfer window.
ཧThe RB Leipzig forward is among the best strikers of his age in Europe. He has been magnificent in Germany and is destined to move to a bigger club.
♔Arsenal tried to sign Sesko last summer but he rejected them𒀰 and every other interested club. He felt that staying at Leipzig was the best option.
𝕴In the upcoming summer window, the Gunners are set to try their luck again, and have claimed that Arsenal ‘have been given encouragement by the player’s representatives to make a bid for him in the summer’.
💞That encouragement, the report claims, ‘will lead to an offer which is understood will be significant’.
༒It has further been revealed that when Manchester United and Chelsea enquired about signing Sesko in 2024, they learnt that the ‘‘ striker preferred a move to Arsenal instead.

Sesko’s stance about moving to England
💜It is very clear that Sesko will leave RB Leipzig for a bigger club one day.
🎀The Slovenia international is too good to stay there for the remainder of his career. He will want to join a club that will take him to the next level.
Arsenal would be a great destination for Sesko, but the report claims that ‘there’s still an element of doubt as to whether he will make the step up to the Premier League‘.
ꦅTo add to that, it has been revealed that Leipzig are in no need to sell Sesko unless the striker himself asks for a transfer away from the club this summer.
TBR Football revealed during the winter window that Sesko and Leipzig have a gentleman’s agreement🔯 that makes him available for a transfer for €70 million (£59.2m).
