‘Special talent’: Tottenham coach admits Arsenal have an absolutely brilliant 21-year-old in their ranks

Tottenham Hotspur coach Yaya Toure has called Arsenal’s Bukayo Saka a ‘special’ talent who will be so crucial for England on Saturday.

No English player has scored more World Cup goals in Qatar than Saka, and only Kylian Mbappe has a better tally among all of them.

Saka will be among the England team trying to knock Mbappe out of the tournament in a huge quarter-final clash with France on Saturday night.

In the , Spurs coach Toure hailed the 21-year-old’s ability and said he could be decisive against the world champions.

He said: “France will be a big test for England. They are a top, top team, the 2018 World Cup winners, and they are very well organised.

“It’s so difficult to break them open in their 4-4-2. Individually they have quality and collectively they are very strong. They have been playing with each other for six, seven years and they have that consistency.

“Mbappe is in red-hot form but so is Jude Bellingham. That’s the head-to-head, because those are the two players who can open the game.

“His movement will be vital, and England will need their other special talents, like Foden and Bukayo Saka, to turn up and the more experienced players to guide them.”

Saka has the quality to decide Saturday’s game and what a moment it would be in his career if he could outshine Mbappe on the biggest stage of all.

Gareth Southgate actually has a huge decision to make over the identity of his wide players for the game, with Marcus Rashford pushing to play too.

Southgate has got every big selection decision right so far in Qatar and he is also likely to be mulling over whether to switch to a five at the back to nullify Mbappe.
