The third Chelsea player Everton are considering signing as well as Ben Chilwell and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall

Everton are looking to ramp up their business this month as David Moyes looks to bring in new players and the club are very much targeting Chelsea as a club to do business with.

Moyes is back in charge at Goodison Park and hoping for a much-improved second half to the season to completely put any sort of relegation fears as ease.

Everton are being linked with the likes of Tom Cannon from Leicester, while as TBR revealed this week, Everton feel they’re close to a deal for Ernest Nuamah as well.

Still, Moyes is not done in the market and after being linked with moves for both Ben Chilwell and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Everton are also considering a third Chelsea player.

Everton considering Carney Chukwuemeka as they look to send Armando Broja back

Key to Everton’s drive for new attacking reinforcements is the injury to current Chelsea loanee, Armando Broja.

The Albanian is out for two months minimum and Everton want to send him back. However, Chelsea want money to do that, as compensation, making things difficult.

But TBR Football’s chief correspondent Graeme Bailey can reveal that Everton hope to take another Chelsea player on loan and in turn, ensure they don’t pay to send Broja back.

And while Everton do like Chilwell and Dewsbury-Hall, the £20m midfielder Carney Chukwuemeka has also been discussed by Goodison officials.

Chukwuemeka is out of the plans of Enzo Maresca and it was claimed just last week that Dortmund were pushing to sign Chukwuemeka themselves.

However, TBR understands that Chukwuemeka is one of the players Everton would consider signing, with any fee involved likely to balance out what Chelsea want to take Broja back.

David Moyes makes Beto decision as Everton eye new strikers

With Moyes back at the club, Everton’s fringe players are hoping to get a clean slate and a chance to impress again.

Indeed, TBR Football understands that Beto is one of the players who Moyes believes he can get a tune out of before the end of the season.

Beto has struggled for form since his big money move from Italy but while Everton are tracking new forwards, Moyes believes he can get Beto going.
