Some Arsenal fans believe Lokonga signing is ‘done and dusted’ after official tweet is deleted
Arsenal are close to announcing the signing of Albert Sambi Lokonga after an official tweet from R.S.C. Anderlecht was deleted.
The Belgian Pro League side posted a video of the midfielder and his journey with the club. However, it was quickly taken down.
But this is the internet, and Arsenal fans are known for their skills on social media in finding out any piece of information. So the tweet was screenshotted and posted back online as seen below:

Indeed, it is likely that Lokonga will today become an offcial Arsenal player. The midfielder has been on the club’s radar for most of the summer transfer window.
The 21-year-old prospect will be announced in time to join Arsenal in their pre-season tour of America. The Gunners fly out on Wednesday, where they will set up camp in Florida.
Indeed, Arsenal fans have been waiting a while for Lokonga to be announced. Yet supporters on social media are happy that the saga now appears to be coming to an end in the coming hours.
Here’s what some Arsenal fans had to say about Anderlecht’s deleted on Twitter…
