‘So scared’: TalkSPORT pundit claims Sevilla were terrified of 26-year-old Arsenal player yesterday

Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus had a game to remember last night as he scored the winning goal again🧸st Sevilla in th🐼eir Champions League tie.

the match for TalkSPORT, 🐻Scott Minto was seriously impressed w๊ith the Brazilian international.

Gabriel Jesus🤡 hasn’t had the easiest start to the season domestically but has b🃏een showcasing his talent brilliantly in Europe.

He’s now scored in each of Arsenal’s first th♋ree Champions League tജies but has only found the back of the net once in the Premier League.

His goal was a show-stopping effort that was worthy of winning ✤any European tie.

He played his part in Arsenal’s opener too, threading the ball through to Gabriel Martinelli who scored his first Champions League goal.

Scott Minto has claimed that Sevilla’s defenders were scared of facing Jesus yesterday as hꦕis direct running caused plenty of problems.

Mikel Arteta would have been delighted with his perf♚ormance until he pulled up in the final mi𝕴nutes holding his hamstring.

He looked exhausted as he limped off, but provided an update on his immediately after the match.

Jesus stars for Arsenal against Sevilla

In the aftermath of Jesus’s goal, : “Brillian𒁃t again, just brilliant from the Braziliᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ⁤⁤⁤⁤ᩚ𒀱ᩚᩚᩚan!

“We saw the brilliance he had in making the assist for 1-0 for [Gabriel] Martinelli, welꦬl this time he just picks the ball up, sort of on the by-line.

“[Jesus] Navas cannot allow him to step inside on his right foot but they’re so scared of the skill that he’s got, he’s already shown brilliant bits of skill 🉐when he’s playing central.

“And now he’s pick💧ing the ball up left, he’s allowed to come back inside and it’s just a wonderful st📖rike, giving [Orjan] Nyland no chance whatsoever.

“From a Sevilla point of view, it’s 🔯really bad defending, show him down the outside on his left foot but by allowing him inside, brilliant from Gabriel Jesus and a wonder strike.”

Arsenal fans will be hoping that Jesus’s injury isn’t too serious and he can carry the ꦏform he showed against Sevilla into the Premier League.

Eddie Nketiah isn’t𝄹 the same player as Jesus and after a bright start to the season has looked 🧸off the pace when given his opportunity.

Mikel Arteta’s side haven’t reached the same heights as they did last season in terms of the quality of their performances but they🐻’re still winning games.

That will encourage the coach✤ to know that his team can get better, but injuries to key players like Jesus won’t⛦ help his cause.
