‘So happy’: Joe Hart singles four Tottenham players out for praise
Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Joe Hart took to social media after the team’s Europa League victory to praise Spurs quartet Carlos Vinicius, Dane Scarlett, Harvey White and Alfie Whiteman.
Summer signing Vinicius got off the mark for Tottenham in the 4-0 hammering of Ludogorets, scoring his first goal on 16 minutes after a Dele Alli pass towards Lucas Moura deflected into the 25-year-old’s path.

The Brazilian striker then made it two in the 34th minute, tapping home after Dele Alli squared into his path, and in the second half, Harry Winks and Moura added goals of their own for a 4-0 final score.
In addition, Jose Mourinho handed competitive first-team debuts to three academy players during the game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Scarlett, a striker, made history as he became Tottenham’s youngest-ever player at first team level at 16 years, 247 days old, replacing Moura in the closing stages of the game.
Midfielder White came on at the same time for Alli, with goalkeeper Whiteman taking the place of Hart in goal.
On Instagram, Hart paid homage to all four players following their memorable night in North London:
Up next for Spurs is Sunday afternoon’s Premier League trip to Chelsea.
