Sky Sports journalist has transfer update for Tottenham as three more signings possible

So far this summer, Tottenham Hotspur have only welcomed a trio of 18-year-olds to the club as Ange Postecoglou looks to build upon his first season in north London.

Archie Gray, Lucas Bergvall and Yang Min-hyeok are all superb talents in their own right, but won’t dramatically improve Postecoglou’s first eleven immediately.

Perhaps Gray is in contention for a start, but he will still need time to adjust to a new club and the Premier League.

That being said, Tottenham are in talks to sign Dominic Solanke, a player who would certainly add firepower to their front line.

Although Solanke has previously admitted that he’s an Arsenal fan, Spurs supporters will soon grow to love his pressing efforts up top, along with his goal-scoring.

That being said, any deal is far from over the line, and Tottenham still have a lot of work to do to achieve their targets before the end of August.

Fortunately, journalist Michael Bridges has just provided an update on the club’s progress, saying that fans can expect another two or three signings.

Pedro Neto could be one of three new signings at Tottenham this month

Bridges was talking live on air and mentioned both Richarlison and Pedro Neto as key names.

The journalist said that Richarlison had been attracting interest from Saudi Arabia, and stated that there were some ‘interesting weeks’ ahead.

Bridges shared: “It’s been quiet so far and I get Spurs fans saying hurry up but I think 18 or 19 clubs could say the same. It will be busy over the next few weeks. I think Spurs need a little bit more.

“There is still talk of Richarlison with interest from Saudi Arabia. Some Spurs fans will say one in one out, not sure because there’s Europe as well.

“But Richarlison has had injury issues as well. It’s going to be an interesting few weeks, there’s interest in Pedro Neto at Wolves. I’m expecting another two or three in at Spurs.”

Unfortunately for Tottenham, after selling Julian Alvarez, Manchester City are also said to be considering a move for Neto – a player also of interest to Arsenal.

But from Spurs’ point of view, they will likely just prioritise concluding a deal for Solanke first, which would be a very strong addition.
