‘Isn’t playing well’: Pundit hammers ‘out of sorts’ Arsenal player live on air

Simon Jordan has hammered Arsenal striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang after his recent performances live on

The pundit has suggested that♕ Mikel Arteta has been right not to see him as an integral part of the team in recent weeks.

Aubameyang was on the bench last nigh💜t as Arsenal lost 2-1 toꦏ Everton at Goodison Park.

The club captain was introduced in the second🦹 half and missed a glorious chance to equalise for Arsenal following Everton’s late goal that proved to be the winner.

Aubameyang hasn’t scored since October. Nat🧸urally, that is cause for concern but the former Crystal Palace owner has suggested that Arteta was right to dropꦺ him.

“Dropping players isn’t beyond the gift of a manager and it doesn’t necessarily mean a rift. It means that a manager doesn’t quite, at this moment in timꦇe, feel that a player is performing at a certain level.

“Because of the nature of this player, because of the contraꦜct he was given 18 months ago, because of the captaincy, you’re seeing a situation where the player is 🔯out of sorts.

“Aubameyang isn’t playing particularly well and he doesn’t provide a goal threat. As 🅠a top striker, if you get one chance you take it.”

Jordan is right; Aubameyang must improve Arsenal form

The 32-year-old has scored four Premier League𝔉 goals in 14 appearances for the Gunners th🍌is season.

That simply won’t do and Arteta can ill-afford any passengers꧅ in their quest to gatecrash the top 𒁏four during 2021/22.

Au🐼bameyang has 92 goals in 163 appearances for Arsenal in total. This season, however, has been a struggle for the striker.

Arsenal have a plethora of creative talent. As a result, there really is no reas🌠on for him not to be scoring goals.

Jordan makes some good po🐽ints and Aubameyang must shake himself to revive his form.
