‘Shame’: John Terry makes fun of Tottenham right after they beat Everton 5-0 last night

Tottenham Hotspur smashed five past Everton last night to pick up a fantastic win, but Chelsea legend John Terry couldn’t hold himself back from making fun of Antonio Conte’s side.
Spurs were absolutely sensational yesterday. They went into the game as favourites and played brilliantly. With a bit of luck, they could’ve scored five more goals, but the important thing is that they won, and their fans should be absolutely delighted.
Tottenham are now just two points behind Manchester United and have two games in hand over the Red Devils. They face Ralf Rangnick’s men on Saturday and a win there would see them leapfrog United and all but end their top-four dreams.
Conte will be hoping for just that as he aims to build a side capable of winning trophies from next season.

The Chelsea legend was very active on Twitter last night as his good pal Frank Lampard took his Everton to North London.
Right after getting Tottenham fans on his side by Terry took to Twitter an hour later to bring Spurs supporters’ celebrations down a bit.
Replying to a Tottenham fan who enjoyed his side’s performance last night, Terry said: “Have to say very good tonight, shame you don’t get a trophy for one game though.”
It’s safe to say, Chelsea fans loved that response from their former skipper.

It really is annoying for Tottenham fans that every time they do something good, there will be someone who will remind them that they haven’t won a trophy in about 14 years.
Spurs will end this season without any silverware as well, which is really not a good look for them considering the size of their club.
It will be interesting to see what will happen in the summer transfer window. If Conte and Kane stay at the club and Daniel Levy gives the Italian all the resources he needs, Spurs could well become a force in the Premier League soon.
However, if it’s the same old story yet again, they could lose both Kane and Conte, which would leave them in an even bigger mess than they’re already in.
