‘Sensational’, ‘makes a huge difference’: Some West Ham fans blown away by defender’s display v Norwich
A number of West Ham fans have waxed lyrical about Aaron Cresswell’s performance against Norwich on Wednesday night.
The Hammers defender was back in the starting XI after a long spell out with a back injury, missing 10 games in all competitions.
Cresswell had been absent since suffering the injury away at Manchester City at the end of November.

However, David Moyes deemed the 32-year-old fit to start for the Hammers against the struggling Canaries at the London Stadium.
And it was almost like Cresswell had never been out, putting in a solid and assured performance in the 2-0 win.
He had the most touches of any player in the game (103) and weighed in with nine crosses and five long balls.
Cresswell also made one key pass and chipped in with two interceptions and two clearances.
The left-back helped West Ham keep a clean sheet as Jarrod Bowen netted a brace to put Moyes’ side back into the top four.
Plenty of Hammers players emerged from the game with credit, and Cresswell was one of those who earned plenty of praise.
Here’s what some West Ham fans made of Cresswell’s display:
The importance of Aaron Cresswell cannot be understated.
