Sean Dyche uses one word to describe Leeds crowd vs Burnley
Burnley boss Sean Dyche has lauded the large majority of Leeds United fans after being asked about the incident which saw Matthew Lowton hit by a bottle while celebrating at Elland Road – .
Marcelo Bielsa’s side have secured a huge three points as they battle for Premier League survival. Jack Harrison, Stuart Dallas and Daniel James all got on the scoresheet for the home side.

The result was all the more impressive given that Burnley had equalised early on in the second-half. Maxwel Cornet scored a brilliant free-kick for the visitors.
However, as they celebrated, Lowton was hit by a bottle thrown from the stands.
Understandably, Dyche was asked about the incident. But, while he did criticise the supporter, he insisted that his overall view of the crowd was positive.

“It’s very disappointing, but I don’t want to keep going on about it because the crowd was magnificent today. One let themselves down,” he said, .
Leeds fans rewarded after sticking by side throughout nightmare December as Dyche praises crowd
Of course, Leeds will look to take action against the person who threw the bottle. But for the large majority, it was a fantastic day as their side put some real distance between themselves and the bottom three.
Many will see it as a real reward. December proved to be a torrid month for Leeds. And yet, the atmosphere never seemed to turn toxic. And the supporters never seemed to lose faith in Marcelo Bielsa and his team.
After previous disappointments, fans may have feared the worst when Cornet equalised. But Leeds went on to secure a massive result. And they will hope that it proves to be a turning point in their season.
