”Scenes’, ‘unreal’: Some fans react as ‘genuinely world class’ Everton player arrives on loan
Everton winger Yannick Bolasie has left Goodison Park on loan and has effectively played his last game for the Toffees.
And while his departure has split opinion amongst Blues fans, it’s a different story altogether amongst Middlesbrough and Crystal Palace supporters.
Bolasie’s last outing for Everton was over two-and-a-half years ago, when he came off the bench in their 3-1 Premier League defeat to West Ham in May 2018.

Carlo Ancelotti last year that the 31-year-old wasn’t part of the Toffees squad for 2020-21, although he praised the player’s commitment and professionalism.
Bolasie, who shone at Palace between 2012 and 2016 before moving to Everton, had been linked with a move to Middlesbrough since the summer.
And now, both Everton and Boro have confirmed the player’s switch until the end of the season, after which his contract expires.
Here is what some fans of Boro and Palace on social media have been saying about Bolasie’s move to the Riverside Stadium:
Welcome to Boro Yannick lad, been a long time in the making all the best! Do some mad tricks n that

We needed some quality in..we have a paper thin squad and some genuinely good players (I’ll keep my options on who is poor to myself) How Warnock has managed to keep our current squad Up where we are in the league is beyond me..great news UTB

He was class at us palace, sold for big money to Everton but has struggled there with form, his defense he did have a couple of injuries where he was out for ages, they’ve moved on and signed better players, for what you need he should rip it apart in the champ.
